In my practice, benzodiazepines and stimulants are prescribed sparingly due to their potential for dependence, tolerance, and adverse effects. My priority is to adhere to safe, evidence-based treatment while minimizing these risks.

Intake Evaluation

$300: up to 60 minutes

Includes comprehensive evaluation, confirmation of diagnoses, laboratory testing orders, and personalized treatment recommendations.

Follow-up Sessions

$150: up to 30 minutes

$200: up to 55 minutes

Includes refining your treatment plan along with supportive psychotherapy and lifestyle coaching.

Payment for self-pay clients are expected at time of service.

If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations are subject to a $75.00 fee. Frequent late cancellations may result in termination from practice.
